When does it make sense?
When does a complete renovation make sense?
If your house dates from the 1960s, 70s or 80s and the electrical installation hasn't been fundamentally renewed since, a complete renovation is usually the most economical solution. Piecemeal work — a socket today, an RCD tomorrow — costs more in the long run than one well-thought-out overall plan.

Buying a home — start clean
You've bought an older property and want a clear situation before you move in: everything to VDE standard, the distribution board documented, future smart-home extensions prepared.

A renovation is due anyway
Bathroom, kitchen, heating — if walls and plaster are being opened anyway, it's more economical to do the electrics in one step than to plaster twice.

Smart home, PV, heat pump or wallbox planned
The old wiring isn't built for it. A complete renovation creates the foundation for modern energy technology in one go.

Safety concerns
Fuse box without an RCD, aluminium wiring, missing earthing — if your gut says „something's not right here", an honest survey is worth it.

Our process
How we work — from the first appointment to handover
On-site survey (60–90 min, free)
We assess the existing installation, talk through your goals and give a first recommendation. At the end you get a protocol, not a sales pitch.
Written concept (5–7 working days)
Detailed plan with stages, parts list, funding options (KfW, BEG). A binding fixed price.
Order confirmation & material scheduling
We order brand products (Hager, Gira, Busch-Jaeger, KNX). Delivery times communicated transparently.
Execution (typically 3–8 weeks)
One team. We install, plaster, paint, measure. Daily communication, dust protection, a tidy site every evening.
Handover & documentation
Measurement protocol to VDE 0100, circuit diagram, smart-home user guide, 5-year warranty in writing.
Complete service
One company. From the fuse box to the finished wall.
We drill, chase and wire — and we close, plaster, fill and paint. With our own pump, our own team, no second company.
Wall and ceiling finishing
We close the chases, plaster, fill smooth and paint — with our own plastering and painting pump. No second company, no waiting.
Measuring & documentation
To VDE 0100-600 we measure the installation, create the circuit diagram and circuit documentation. Handover in writing.
What you save yourself: no painter's appointment after our work. No „the plasterer will fill the chases in 3 weeks". We hand your home over finished — installed, painted, measured.
