We are not a classic electrician who just wires something up. With us, a degree engineer plans every project all the way through — circuit layout, cable routing, distribution-board construction, protection concept. Before anyone drills anywhere, everyone on the team knows where each cable runs.
Complete electrical installation for new builds
Detached house, semi-detached or terraced — we wire from the house connection to the last socket. Circuits for modern use (kitchen separate, bathroom with RCD, wallbox-prepared, smart-home-ready), compliant with TAB Hamburg.
Distribution board & house connection
We plan and build the distribution board so it can still be sensibly extended in 15 years — clear labelling, enough reserve slots, modular expansion for PV, wallbox, heat pump. We handle the registration with Stromnetz Hamburg.
Smart home considered from the start
If you're thinking about KNX, Loxone or 1Home, we plan the cabling for it already at the shell stage. You can extend at any time later without pulling new cables — no rushed retrofitting.
Network cabling laid at the same time
Cat6a or Cat7 in every room, patch panel, fibre to the office if needed. Today the network is just as important as power — and once the walls are open, an extra Cat cable costs almost nothing. Save yourself the retrofit stress later.
360° documentation as standard
Before the walls are closed, we photograph every cable and every junction box in 360°. You get a digital plan that will still show you where everything is in 15 years — without opening a wall.
Plastering & painting included
We leave no open chases behind. We plaster the walls, let them dry, fill and repaint them completely. Without you having to hire a second tradesperson — that saves you 3–5 days of build time.
